• We ship worldwide. All orders are shipped from South Korea via Korea postal office by international Air mail.
• We will ship to the address on your PayPal. So please check your address on PayPal before you pay. If you need any other address rather than address shown on PayPal, please let me know via E-mail.
• We process and ship orders Mon-Fri and are unable to offer weekend or holiday delivery.
• Your items will be shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding holidays) after your payment is cleared into our account.
a) Standard shipping: Korea Post / International Registered Item
- Estimated Delivery time: 7-28 business days after being shipped.
- But some country may take up to 6-8 weeks due to strict custom inspection.
(ex. Italy, South America, Russia and Eastern Europe, etc.)
b) Expedited shipping: EMS
- Estimated Delivery time: 4-8 business days after being shipped.
- For over $100 orders, EMS is strongly recommended.
- Fully insured in case lost and damaged.
- Recipient’s phone number required.
- CANNOT ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and bank holidays. Note that delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods or in climate weather conditions.
• Insurance has tracking number will provided by KOREA Post and we can use this number to follow up if item lost.
• Only item not receive over 2 months will be considered as shipping lost. Please understand this is oversea shipping, delivery time we can't control.
•Import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees are not included in the item price. You are responsible for paying any additional charges customs clearance. Please contact your local post office or customs office to inquire about these charges.
REFUND POLICY
We do not accept returns or issue refunds since all of our merchandise you see online is hand made and made to order.
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not(like size problem)
If a customer wishes to return the purchase, our shipping fee of $4 will be deducted from the refund.
We only accept unworn and undamaged merchandise for returns.
Returns are subject to our approval once we verify the condition of the item.
Jewelry that shows sign of wear, or has been damaged WILL NOT be accepted for a return.
Custom engraved items, special orders, and custom orders, & bulk orders (5+ pieces per style) are not returnable.
Please follow these instructions when returning an item.
- Contact us by email for a Return Authorization Number and our return address.
Packages without a return authorization number will not be accepted or be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Package the item(s) in the original gift box.
- Mail the item(s) back in a box or bubble envelope.
- Include your return authorization number in the package or on the outside of the package.
- For your protection, we suggest that you insure the package for the full amount of the invoice, including any shipping charges you incur. girlsluv.it is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Your credit card or PayPal account will be refunded within 1 week after the return is received.
Please note: Shipping fees ARE NOT refundable.
International Shipping does not include import duties or custom fees.
Customers are fully responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees. These fees are not deducted from returns.
*Size matters?
Size problems are the hardest thing for me and our customers. Please visit our site to measure exact size when asking for size changes. Please return the package to the following address below and ask for size changes via Contact-us page or our e-mail.
*Who do I contact if my order is damaged?
We are very sorry if your order arrives "damaged." Once items are shipped from our studio it is up to the parcel service to deliver your order safely and in timely manner.
