PAYMENT POLICY

 

I only accept PayPal account for payment. 

- If you are paying via PayPal, please pay within 5 days of confirming your order. 
* If it's not been settled, your order will be automatically cancelled 

- If you request for a custom order, I will post a reserved listing under your name and forward the link to you via customer service mail for easy purchase.

REFUND POLICY

*What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns or issue refunds since all of our merchandise you see online is hand made and made to order.

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not(like size problem)

If a customer wishes to return the purchase, our shipping fee of $4 will be deducted from the refund.


We only accept unworn and undamaged merchandise for returns.
Returns are subject to our approval once we verify the condition of the item. 
Jewelry that shows sign of wear, or has been damaged WILL NOT be accepted for a return.

Custom engraved items, special orders, and custom orders, & bulk orders (5+ pieces per style) are not returnable.


Please follow these instructions when returning an item.

  1. Contact us by email for a Return Authorization Number and our return address.
     Packages without a return authorization number will not be accepted or be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  2. Package the item(s) in the original gift box.
  3. Mail the item(s) back in a box or bubble envelope.
  4. Include your return authorization number in the package or on the outside of the package.
  5. For your protection, we suggest that you insure the package for the full amount of the invoice, including any shipping charges you incur. girlsluv.it is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


Your credit card or PayPal account will be refunded within 1 week after the return is received. 
Please note: Shipping fees ARE NOT refundable.

International Shipping does not include import duties or custom fees. 
Customers are fully responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees. These fees are not deducted from returns.

*Size matters?
Size problems are the hardest thing for me and our customers. Please visit our site to measure exact size when asking for size changes. Please return the package to the following address below and ask for size changes via Contact-us page or our e-mail.
*Who do I contact if my order is damaged?
We are very sorry if your order arrives "damaged." Once items are shipped from our studio it is up to the parcel service to deliver your order safely and in timely manner. Please contact us through the "Contact Us" form on the website if you experience any problem regarding your order. We carefully package each order so that your jewelry arrives with their intended beauty!
